Our beloved, Eddie Joe Saiz, of Pima, Arizona, died January 25, 2023, at the age of 58 in Phoenix, Arizona. He was born on June 26, 1964, to Clara Peru Saiz and Benny Barragan Saiz in Safford, Arizona. Eddie attended Morenci High School and graduated in 1983. He later attended University of Phoenix and graduated with his Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 2008. He worked in the Semi-Conductor industry for over 20 years and moved to Morenci, Arizona to work at Freeport-McMoRan as a technician.

The No. 16 Pima College men’s basketball team played its second game with all of its starters on the court, and it clearly showed for the sharp-shooting team.
