Philadelphia man arrested for delivering drugs to Einstein Montgomery hospital

NORRISTOWN --Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin R. Steele and East Norriton Township Police Chief Brandon Pasquale announce the arrest of Jeremiah Harris, 30, of the 4100 block of Robbins St. in Philadelphia for multiple felony counts of Possession with Intent to Deliver and other charges related to selling and delivering heroin/fentanyl to a patient at Einstein Hospital as well as other subsequent heroin/fentanyl sales, according to a release issued by the DA's office Monday.

Vermont Resident Charged with Illegally Buying Firearm for Plattsburgh Felon

The Office of the United States Attorney for the District of Vermont stated that a Vermont resident has been indicted by a Burlington grand jury for her role straw-purchasing a firearm. Marissa Byrd, age 29, of Burlington was arraigned today before United States Magistrate Judge Kevin J. Doyle on an indictment charging her with providing false information to a federally licensed firearm dealer while purchasing a firearm in March of 2021. At the conclusion of the arraignment today, Byrd was released on conditions of supervision pending further proceedings.

Radnor police reports: Attempted theft

Attempted Theft – On Thursday, Sept. 23, at approximately 9:50 a.m., the CVS Store at 316 East Lancaster Ave. reported an attempted theft from their location. The store manager advised a white male, wearing a yellow T-shirt and a blue baseball cap on backwards, was observed loading several items inside a bag. The male then attempted to leave the store without paying. The male dropped the items and left the store when confronted.
