Fine Print: Grocery-anchored Swede Square trades to Baltimore firm; Langhorne industrial building sells for $15.5M

An affiliate of A.T. Chadwick Co. Inc. sold 181 Wheeler Court, a 100,055-square-foot multi-tenanted industrial building in Langhorne, to an affiliate of Ares Management Corp. for $15.5 million. The property last traded in 2017 for $6.7 million. Developed in 2017, the building is fully occupied by SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment, MXR Imaging, Silgan Plastics, Dyventive, and Dynamix. Carl Neilson and Andrew McGhee of Colliers represented the buyer and seller.
