UNION SPRINGS, N.Y. – Following a spectacular kickoff Saturday to the Fox Rent A Car Stage Six Presented by Googan Baits on Cayuga Lake yesterday, Day 2’s results – while still excellent – almost seemed like a breather. Coppa Profiterol

I tried this dessert at a local Italian restaurant in Geneva, NY and I fell in love. I recreated it putting my own twist to it and my family lived it. I made an easy vanilla cream using gelatin. Then I made small profiteroles and filled them with vanilla ice cream. Finally I topped it off with chocolate ganache and that is all. Would you try making this? Let me know if you would like to see the recipe!
