Five gold medal finishes powered the Lourdes girls’ track and field team to a thirdplace finish at the Pioneer Conference meet at Pawnee City on April 30. Gold medal finishes were by Sofia Fulton, 100, 13.95; Aspen Meyer, 200, 27.06; and high jump, 4’8”; Evie Madison, 3200, 13:20.98; and 4×100, 55.44.

PAWNEE COUNTY, Nebraska —The Nebraska State Patrol has completed a three-day search operation as part of the ongoing investigation into the disappearance of Linda Dillard. Although the search effort did not locate Dillard’s remains, significant ground was covered that will assist in the investigation, according to a media release from the patrol.
