Teen Dies After Jumping Off Hudson Yards' Vessel In Front His Family

A 14-year-old boy jumped to his death from the Hudson Yards' Vessel attraction Thursday afternoon in front of his family, police said. The teenager — whose name was not disclosed — leaped off the eighth floor of the 150-foot Manhattan, New York installation located near West 33rd Street and 10th Avenue at around 12:50 p.m., the New York Daily News reported.

Bronx Mother Charged After Police Find Over 25 Ounces of Cocaine in Baby’s Diaper Bag

A Bronx mother is facing a slew of charges after over 25 ounces of cocaine was found in her daughter’s diaper bag. Shante Pleasant has since been hit with first-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, third-degree possession with intent to sell, and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, according to a press release from the New York State Police.
