Tennessee Gas Pipeline’s (TGP) plan to flow more natural gas to Westchester and New York City is called the East 300 Upgrade Project. The project involves upgrades at two existing compressor stations (in Pennsylvania), along with building a brand new compressor station in West Milford (Passaic County), just across the border and not far from Westchester County, NY. N.J. man caught in cocaine trafficking sting gets 10 years in prison

A Passaic County man who was part of a large-scale cocaine trafficking ring and was found with several kilograms of the drug was sentenced to 10 years in prison Tuesday. On Tuesday, U.S. District Judge Claire C. Cecchi sentenced Narcisco Ramirez, 46, of Passaic, to 120 months in prison for being part of the drug trafficking ring, according to a statement from the U.S. Attorney’s Office. Ramirez, along with two-conspirators, previously pleaded guilty January 2020 to his part in the drug distribution operation.
