My mother, a longtime resident of Salt Lake City, where I grew up, is 90 years old and rarely goes out in public. Both she and my sister were vaccinated. How could this have happened?

According to the Summit County Attorney’s Office, the following cases were heard on Sept. 13 in 3rd District Court at the Summit County Justice Center.
