Scottish Lib Dem leader Willie Rennie says now is 'natural time' to go

After 10 years in charge of his party the Scottish Liberal Democrats' Willie Rennie is quitting the role. He told BBC Scotland: "I think it was right to consider the future after 10 years. We have had a lot to say over 10 year but after those 10 years it is the natural time to think about what is next.
