For the first time in two decades, Jacksonville is scheduled to see the No. 1 prospect in Major League Baseball arrive in town to meet the Jumbo Shrimp, when shortstop Wander Franco and the Durham Bulls begin a six-game series Tuesday night at 121 Financial Ballpark.
