LEE, Virginia Isbell, age 83, of Winchester, passed away on Tuesday, May 18, 2021, at Elk River Health and Rehab in Winchester. A native of Franklin County, she was born on Dec. 23, 1937, to the late Artis Loyd and Bessie Lou Shockley Isbell. She was employed at TVA as a warehouse operator and later retired after over 20 years of employment. She was a member of the Bartons Creek Baptist Church. In her free time she loved to spend time working in her garden, especially tending to her flowers. She was also an avid traveler and loved to travel by cruise line to a lot of different countries. Virginia was charitable, kindhearted, fun loving and adventurous. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert E. Lee; son, Frankie Partin; siblings, Ira Isbell, Ruth Quinn, Minnie Lou Morris, Charles Isbell, Billy Isbell and Artis Isbell Jr.; children, Kenneth (Janice) Partin of Decherd, and Tammy (Keith) Bellenger of Clarksville; grandchildren, Carrie (Matt) Jackson, Jason (Michelle) Partin, Rob Bellenger and Rachel Bellenger; great-grandchildren, Olivia Partin and J.W. Partin; siblings, Ed Isbell of Decherd, Bobby (Emma) Isbell of Decherd, Harold (Mary) Isbell of Decherd, Shirley Reed of Fayetteville, Linda Clark (Decherd), Barbara (James) Elliott of Decherd, and Brenda Brewer of Estill Springs; and a host of nieces and nephews. Visitation was held on Friday, May 21, 2021, from noon to 2 p.m. at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home in Winchester. Funeral services were conducted on Friday, May 21, 2021, at 2 p.m. at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home with Pastor Bobby McBee and Pastor Ricky Everhart officiating.
