Pro driver Vaughn Gittin Jr. has spent quite a bit of time behind the wheel of the sixth-generation Ford Bronco over the past year and a half or so, much of it off-road. That included testing out the SUV’s manual transmission in the sand, showing off its new Trail Turn Assist feature, and most recently, wheeling a Bronco First Edition with all of its body panels removed on some of Moab’s toughest terrain. Now, Gittin Jr. is back behind the wheel – this time of the Ford Bronco RTR that debuted at last year’s SEMA Show in two-door form – in Moab, once again.

Vaughn Gittin Jr. is again earning his RTR title of chief fun-haver in the latest video from Ford Performance. The new short film features Gittin Jr. on the Faroe Islands northwest of Scotland in the best thing he's ever built, the 1,400-hp Mustang Mach-E 1400, obviously based on the Ford Mustang Mach-E EV.

Vaughn Gittin Jr. Drifts the Faroe Islands in His Mustang Mach-E 1400

Ever on the lookout for cool spots to film his drifting videos, two-time Formula Drift champion Vaughn Gittin Jr. took his Mustang Mach-E 1400 to the Faroe Islands. The Mach-E 1400 is so named because it makes 1400 hp. The power can be routed to the front, rear, or all four wheels. They chose RWD for this application.
