Lewis signed a one-year, $800,000 contract with the Flames on Wednesday. Lewis posted 16 points and 176 hits in 80 games for the Flames last year. He'll remain with the organization for another season, where he'll likely fill a fourth-line role.

With four points in eight playoff games, Lewis has been a solid contributor in a fourth-line role. The veteran forward has added 14 shots on net, 20 hits, eight PIM and an even plus-minus rating.
