ATLANTA -- The 2022 NBA All-Star Game isn’t until Sunday night. But 700 miles away from the host city, Darius Garland and Trae Young provided an early preview. Two of the league’s brightest young point guards -- and All-Star counterparts who will be on opposite teams for the midseason exhibition inside Cleveland’s Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse -- dueled throughout Tuesday’s matchup.
