The 5,901-square-foot, 3-story home was built in 2018, according to city records. It has 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and sits on a lot that is just under one-eighth of an acre in size.

Former Ald. Tony Zielinski sells his Bay View mansion, dubbed the 'Milwaukee Monstrosity,' for $1.6 million

Former Ald. Tony Zielinski has sold his headline-grabbing Milwaukee mansion for $1.63 million. That's down more than 20% from the original asking price of $2.1 million. The Bay View house was purchased by Shane Zweck, a 36-year-old associate portfolio manager for the Special Global Equity team at Wells Fargo Asset Management. The sale was completed last week.
