Real estate agent Todd Jordan gathers input, advice ahead of Election Day outcome

TUPELO • Even though Todd Jordan hasn’t been elected mayor of the All-America City, his campaign has sometimes seemed more like a transition in recent weeks. After defeating a three-term member of the Tupelo City Council in April’s Republican primary, Jordan and his campaign have met with five of the city’s seven current council members. In these meetings, he’s been briefed about ongoing issues and projects in those wards.

Todd Jordan, Victor Fleitas to meet in Daily Journal debate Tuesday night

TUPELO • Mayoral candidates Todd Jordan and Victor Fleitas will meet on the stage Tuesday night at a debate hosted by the Daily Journal. The event begins 6 p.m. at the Link Centre concert hall in Tupelo. Jordan, a Republican, and Fleitas, a Democrat, will answer questions from Daily Journal reporter Caleb Bedillion, who will serve as the event's moderator.

Victor Fleitas, Todd Jordan set for Tupelo mayoral debate on May 25

The Northeast Mississippi Daily Journal will host a mayoral debate two weeks prior to the general election. Democratic nominee Victor Fleitas and Republican nominee Todd Jordan have confirmed their participation. The debate will be held at 6 p.m. Tuesday, May 25, at the Link Centre concert hall. It is scheduled to last approximately one hour.

Lee County supervisor Todd Jordan qualifies for Tupelo mayoral run

Jan. 5—TUPELO — Todd Jordan, a Lee County supervisor, qualified on Tuesday to run for mayor of Tupelo, making him the second person to officially enter the race. Jordan, 50, is running as a Republican. He is a native of the All-America City and is currently serving his first term on the Lee County Board of Supervisors. He works for Tommy Morgan Realtors in Tupelo.
