Lt. Gov. Tim Griffin drops bid for governor, in race for attorney general

Arkansas Lt. Gov. Tim Griffin announced Monday he was switching his bid for the 2022 election from governor to attorney general. The two-term Arkansas lieutenant governor and former U.S. House of Representative's congressmen for the state's 2nd Congressional District first said he was running for governor in the summer of 2020 in response to reporter's question, according to his campaign spokesman.
