NFL scouts have been prominent at Nevada football fall camp practices in the early going this season, and one of the big reasons for that is Carson Strong. The Wolf Pack's 6-foot-4 strong-armed quarterback has gotten first-round draft-pick buzz this offseason, with one mock draft putting him No. 1 overall. Nevada offensive coordinator Matt Mumme knows what a first overall draft pick looks like because he backed one up during his college playing days. Mumme played for Kentucky from 1997-99, overlapping with Tim Couch for two seasons.
