Steve Mandanda FIFA 21 Challenges: How to Complete the FUT Birthday Objective

Steve Mandanda FIFA 21 challenges were released April 1 as a special FUT Birthday objective player. While some fans might think this is part of an April Fool's Day joke, Mandanda is indeed the new objective item for the promotion. Additionally, EA Sports released a new Live FUT Friendly called Release the Keepers in which players must use nothing but goalkeepers in their squads. A fun, unique take on the FUT Friendly aspect. Also, Nick Pope received a FUT Birthday card last year so it's not new for keepers to receive an item during the promotion.

What They're Saying: Steve Mandanda

“Today's events sadden me and are unacceptable. A sports crisis can in no way justify such an outburst of violence. It's time for calm.”. -- French national team goalkeeper Steve Mandanda, the longtime Marseille captain with 440 Ligue 1 appearances, after Marseille fans rampaged La Commanderie, the club's training complex, on Saturday afternoon, hours before the home game against Rennes, which was postponed. The fans threw flares and projectiles to protest the club's management and poor form. The club, whose fans are considered the most volatile in France, is owned by American Frank McCourt, the former Los Angeles Dodgers owner. At St. Etienne, another long-standing French soccer power that is struggling, 300 fans stormed what was supposed to be a closed-door training session on Saturday though the incident ended without violence.
