WWE Note On Rick Boogs And Shinsuke Nakamura

WWE made an interesting tweet on Rick Boogs (Eric Bugenhagen, fka Rik Bugez) this week where they asked whose entrance theme he should perform next. As seen below, WWE tweeted a photo of Boogs performing Shinsuke Nakamura’s theme song on last week’s SmackDown and asked which Superstar entrance he should do next. This led to some speculation on the alliance between Boogs and Nakamura, and if it will be a permanent thing moving forward or if Boogs will be working with multiple Superstars as his character evolves on the main roster.

Shinsuke Nakamura reveals who he got inspired to become a wrestler

One of the most charismatic and at the same time most particular characters of the Friday Night Smackdown TV screens is undoubtedly the former Intercontinental Champion of the company, Shinsuke Nakamura. The former absolute champion of NXT, as well as winner of the 2018 edition of the men's Royal Rumble, however, did not start his career as an athlete in the pro-wrestling rings, but on those of the martial arts, thus starting his path, which he then took him to WWE, passing through the rings of Japan and the USA.

Shinsuke Nakamura Opens Up About Struggling in the WWE

When Shinsuke Nakamura signed with WWE in 2016, fans believed he had the potential to be the biggest Japanese star the company had ever seen. And throughout his NXT run, highlighted by two NXT Championship reigns, it looked like that was going to be a reality. Unfortunately, "The King of Strong Style" has had a bumpy road ever since joining the main roster. Shinsuke Nakamura Talks Long-Awaited Rematch With Brock Lesnar in WWE

Long before he was wrestling in the WWE, a young Shinsuke Nakamura squared off with then-IWGP Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar inside a New Japan Pro Wrestling ring at the Tokyo Dome in 2006. Lesnar, having left the WWE by this point, had a contentious run in New Japan after winning the company's top title in 2005, eventually refusing to defend or even return the title over what he claimed was money the company owed him. "The Beast" eventually lost that title to Kurt Angle, who then turned around and dropped it to Nakamura in February 2008 to unify the two world championships.
