Former Borussia Dortmund player Shinji Kagawa leaves Greek side PAOK by mutual consent

Shinji Kagawa’s time in Greece has come to an end, with the former Borussia Dortmund star leaving PAOK Thessaloniki by mutual consent. Shinji Kagawa hasn’t enjoyed the best of times since leaving Borussia Dortmund in 2019. After failing to make his mark in Spain with Real Zaragoza, the former Japanese international joined Greek side PAOK Thessaloniki in January 2021. But less than 12 months later, he has terminated his contract with the Greek Super League side.
