Moore has been a part of TV shows like The Young and the Restless along with Criminal Minds. These days, he’s busy playing Sgt. Dan “Hondo” Harrelson on the CBS drama. Now, Moore had some pointed words to share when he put this photo up on his Instagram account. We would probably find ourselves in the “don’t bet against Shemar” camp when it comes to getting back in shape. It looks like he is one serious dude about it and, well, if anyone can do it, then Moore can do it for sure.

Shemar Moore on Why 'S.W.A.T.' Reaching 100 Episodes Is a 'Big Deal' (Exclusive)

Shemar Moore is celebrating another career milestone: reaching 100 episodes of CBS' S.W.A.T., which airs Sunday. "It's a big deal because television has changed so much. And now people are watching television differently, especially the youngsters. They're on their phones, on smart phones, on their iPads and all. The days of running home to watch Miami Vice on Friday night and The Cosby Show on Thursday night and Arsenio Hall [are long gone]," Moore told ET's Nischelle Turner during an exclusive sit-down in March. "But just to do episodes, especially our show, is so big. I feel like we're making a movie made for TV every week."

'Criminal Minds' Revival on Paramount+: Will Shemar Moore Return?

Paramount+ is officially moving forward with a Criminal Minds revival, and fans have been wondering if Shemar Moore will return for the new series. In February, it was announced that the Criminal Minds revival is in active development. According to Deadline, at least six of the show's original stars are returning: Joe Mantegna, Kirsten Vangsness, Adam Rodriguez, A.J. Cook, Aisha Tyler and Paget Brewster. Currently, Moore is not set to come back as FBI Supervisory Special Agent Derek Morgan of the Behavioral Analysis Unit, as he was not included in the list of stars who are officially returning.
