Sebastian Stan and Renate Reinsve to star in new thriller ‘A Different Man’

Sebastian Stan and Renate Reinsve will star in A Different Man, the latest project announced from A24. Aaron Schimberg is set to write and direct Stan (Captain America: The Winter Soldier), Reinsve (The Worst Person In The World), and Adam Pearson (Under The Skin) in the story of a man who goes under the knife for facial reconstruction, only to become focused on an actor playing him in a stage version of his life prior to the surgery (per Deadline).

Sebastian Stan, Renate Reinsve, Adam Pearson to Star in A24’s A Different Man

Sebastian Stan, Renate Reinsve, and Adam Pearson are all set to star in the upcoming A24 psychological thriller A Different Man. The film, which is directed by Aaron Schimberg (Chained for Life), follows Edward, an outcast who is looking for a new life and a fresh start. Following a facial reconstructive surgery procedure, he becomes fixated on a man that is starring as him in a stage production based on his former life. Schimberg is also set to write the film, with production set to begin next month.
