‘Happy Days’ Star Ron Howard Shares Emotional Tribute To Late Father Rance Howard on His 93rd Birthday
On Tuesday night, actor turned famed director Ron Howard posted a touching tribute to his late father on what would’ve been his 93rd birthday. Rance Howard passed away at the age of 89 four years ago in 2017. Rance and his wife, Jean Speegle Howard, are who introduced Ron and his younger brother, Clint, to show business. The couple were both actors who raised their children in and around Hollywood. In fact, Clint and Ron Howard co-wrote a book recently as a tribute to their late father that details their lives growing up in Tinseltown.
