Paul Giamatti is an American character actor and producer, who is best known for his roles in diverse films such as ‘Private Parts’, ‘Sideways’ and ‘Rock of Ages’. Paul was born in Connecticut and is the youngest of the three children in the family. He started his education at Foote School and later graduated from Choate Rosemary Hall. He then attended Yale University and earned Master of Fine Arts from the same. He began his journey in Hollywood with Howard Stern’s biopic ‘Private Parts’. He played supporting role in the high-profile films such as ‘The Truman Show’, ‘Saving Private Ryan’ and ‘The Negotiator’. Giamatti received his first Golden Globe nomination for his performance in ‘Sideways’ and his first Academy Award nomination for ‘Cinderella Man’. Apart from acting and producing, Paul has also worked as a voice artist and gave his voice for the films ‘Robots’, ‘Asterix and the Vikings’, ‘The Ant Bully’ and many more. He has been married to Elizabeth Cohen and the couple has a son, Samuel Giamatti. The family resides in Brooklyn, New York.

A snow-covered Christmas tree in Worcester Common Friday looked like a scene straight from a movie, and soon enough it will be. The Telegram & Gazette reported that a crew of about 20 people reassembled the city Common Christmas tree on Thursday to prepare for a movie shoot over the weekend featuring actor Paul Giamatti. On Friday, Mother Nature decided the film would have a white Christmas thanks to a snow storm that dropped several inches on the city.
