It may be hard to believe, but only two years have passed since Lil’ Nas X arrived on the scene with his break-out hit, “Old Town Road.” In that time span, he’s rocked the MTV VMA stage, won two Grammy awards and appeared at the exclusive Met Gala. Now, he’s taking the step in his journey. He’s dropping his first full-length studio album, Montero.

Lil’ Nas X is in love. In a recent interview in Variety’s 2021 Power of Young Hollywood Issue, published Wednesday, he says he’s had a lot of boyfriends, most of which were emotionally unavailable and very insecure BUT he says “I’ve found someone special now. I think this is the one. I can’t explain it — it’s just a feeling.”
