Ontrak gets Nasdaq non-compliance notice for preferred stock

Ontrak (NASDAQ:OTRK) said Friday it received a letter from Nasdaq, indicating that its 9.5% series A cumulative perpetual preferred stock no longer met the minimum bid price rule for continued listing. The company has 180 calendar days, or till June 5, to regain compliance with the requirement.
