Rivalries: Mickey Gall

Mickey Gall’s tenure in the Ultimate Fighting Championship thus far can be best described as consistently inconsistent. The Miller Brothers MMA product will climb into the Octagon for the 11th time when he faces promotional newcomer Mike Mallott as part of the UFC 273 undercard on Saturday at VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena in Jacksonville, Florida. Gall, 30, has alternated wins and losses in each of his past seven appearances. He last competed at UFC on ESPN 31, where he was outpointed by Alex Morono across three rounds on Dec. 4.

Mickey Gall Has Sharpened Metal at Sanford MMA

After seven years as a professional mixed martial artist, New Jersey’s Mickey Gall is now calling Florida home. The 30-year-old lost his most recent outing at UFC Vegas 44 in December of last year. It was a decision loss to Alex Morono, but in the process, he met one of the most recognized coaches in the game, Henri Hooft, the head trainer at Sanford MMA and the rest seems to be history.

Mickey Gall fully confident he’d ‘f—k up’ a prime Bruce Lee

Mickey Gall began his Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) career in one of the more unique ways any fighter ever has: by beating up an actor. Now, if you’re thinking anything remotely along the lines of, “Hey, show some respect to ‘C.M. Punk!’” Then obviously it’s time you go and check out Heels or Girl on the Third Floor.

Mickey Gall Is 100% "Jersey Tough"

Time flies. How fast? It’s been over five years since pro wrestling superstar CM Punk made his UFC (and MMA) debut against Mickey Gall at UFC 203 in Cleveland. For Gall, it was his second trip to the Octagon, and only his third fight as a pro. And yet, if the New Jersey native someday wins a world title, we may still look back at his 2016 bout with Punk as the most important of his career. So there were some nerves.
