California 1st Assembly District: Megan Dahle faces Belle Sandwith in November runoff

In a primary that flew under the radar, Democrat Belle Starr Sandwith garnered enough votes to face incumbent Republican Megan Dahle in the 1st Assembly District race. As of Wednesday afternoon, Dahle had 50.7% of the vote compared to 35.6% for Sandwith. Republican Kelly Tanner of Oak Run had 11.7% of the vote and Peace and Freedom Party candidate Joshua Brown of Redding had 2.0% of the votes.
