SHERBURN — Mary Jane Olson of rural Sherburn, Minn., passed away Wednesday, Oct. 6, 2021, at St. Mary’s Hospital in Rochester, Minn. A celebration of life service for her will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, March 20, at the First Lutheran Church in Trimont, Minn. Visitation and social time (with some of her famous bars) will follow the service from 3-5 p.m. at the Trimont Hall. Friends are invited to attend the service and/or join the family at the visitation following the service to share stories and memories in remembering her life. Kramer Family Funeral Home in Sherburn is assisting the family with arrangements.

Olson, a Republican, served on the city council for nearly 30 years.
