Best known to many as the bassist from Spandau Ballet, which broke up in the early Nineties. Kemp then returned to acting, including a memorable stint on EastEnders. More recently he has hosted ITV’s Weekend Best! breakfast show alongside his radio presenter son, Roman. Kemp, 60, lives with his wife, Shirlie (who was part of the band, Pepsi and Shirlie, and a backing singer in Wham!). As well as Ronan, they have a daughter, singer-songwriter Harley Moon Kemp.
