Legends of Tomorrow: Producer Marc Guggenheim Reveals First Beebo Concept Art

Almost exactly four years after the first airing of the DC's Legends of Tomorrow episode "Beebo, the God of War," the little blue furball at the center of that episode's drama got his very own holiday special last night. "Beebo, the God of War" centered on the idea that a time-tossed talking plush toy had found its way into Viking hands and become mistaken for a god, leading to "Beebo Day" replacing Christmas in the future, so it seems totally on-brand that Beebo's first appearance as a sentient character (rather than a toy or some kind of psychic manifestation a la the Stay-Puft Marshmallow Man) was in Beebo Saves Christmas.

ABC Orders LA Law Sequel Series Pilot from Arrow's Marc Guggenheim

The L.A. Law sequel series being developed by Arrow and Trollhunters producer Marc Guggenheim is moving forward at ABC, bringing Guggenheim one step further to returning to the world of courtroom dramas. Guggenheim, a former lawyer, has long expressed an admiration for the original L.A. Law, which ran from 1987 to 1994. The new version will apparently see McKenzie Brackman reinventing itself as a litigation firm specializing in high-profile and controversial cases. It will star Blair Underwood, who played Jonathan Rollins in the original series. There is no word yet as to whether other characters from the original series will return, should the pilot go to series.
