With only 10 bouts on the docket by the time fight night rolled around, the UFC Vegas 24 injury list is minimal. Two fighters from Saturday’s main card and one preliminary heavyweight could potentially be out of action until October according to the list of medical suspensions released Tuesday by mixedmartialarts.com. That list includes Chase Sherman (left knee, right foot, right tibia/fibula), Luis Pena (left hand), and Juan Espino (right elbow).

A highly anticipated lightweight clash between Luis Pena and Drakkar Klose has been scrapped from UFC Vegas 19. Pena took to Twitter and announced the same-day cancellation. One of Klose's cornermen tested positive for COVID-19, according to "Violent Bob Ross".
