Rep. Lori Ehrlich of Marblehead departing for regional FEMA post

State Rep. Lori Ehrlich of Marblehead was appointed Thursday by President Joe Biden to serve as the Region 1 administrator for the Federal Emergency Management Agency. Ehrlich, a Democrat who represents Marblehead, Swampscott and parts of Lynn, was tapped at the start of this session to serve as House co-chair of the Joint Committee on Municipalities and Regional Government.
