Lily Rabe

Lily Rabe is an American movie, TV, and stage actor, best known for her portrayal of ‘Portia’ in the ‘Shakespeare in the Park’ production of ‘The Merchant of Venice.’ She belongs to an influential family of the entertainment industry. She made her debut big-screen debut in the movie ‘Never Again,’ with her mother, Jill Clayburgh. Lily made her ‘Broadway’ debut in ‘Steel Magnolias’ by Robert Harling and was nominated for a ‘Drama Desk Award.’ She later made her Los Angeles stage debut with ‘Miss Julie.’ She produced the movie ‘We’re Just Married,’ which was written by her father, David Rabe. She also had a role in it. She is one of the three actors who have appeared in the first six seasons of the serial ‘American Horror Story.’ She was nominated for a ‘Critics’ Choice Television Award’ for the ‘Best Supporting Actress’ for her performance in the second season of the series.
