Lance Stephenson calls out Austin Rivers over controversial ejection

Lance Stephenson may be on the only person on the planet, other than the referee, who thinks that Austin Rivers deserved to be ejected Wednesday. The Indiana Pacers swingman Stephenson called out the Denver Nuggets guard Rivers on social media over their incident on Wednesday that led to Rivers’ ejection. Rivers complained in an Instagram comment that “I have never been thrown out for something so ridiculous.” Stephenson fired back by saying, “You know what you did to try to hit me. Both going hard trying to win the game. Nothing personal.”

Pacers' Lance Stephenson: Posts double-double in loss

Stephenson amassed 11 points (4-7 FG, 1-1 3Pt, 2-2 FT), three rebounds and 11 assists over 22 minutes during Friday's 128-123 loss to the Celtics. The veteran guard has settled in nicely with a bench role for the rebuilding Pacers and while he can't be trusted in most fantasy formats, he's a decent play on DFS slates since he has the talent to have a big game out of nowhere. Stephenson has now scored in double digits in four of his last six games.
