After Tennessee wrapped up its third spring practice on Tuesday, Kodi Burns, the new wide receivers coach for the Vols, met with the media virtually via Zoom to discuss his group's progress through three practices. The Vols are very young at wideout with four second-year players and two newcomers this spring, and Burns, the former Auburn quarterback and wide receiver who spent the past five seasons at his alma mater, has been tasked with getting them up to speed in Tennessee's new offense under new coach Josh Heupel. Burns spoke about a handful of his players and assessed the group's progress early on this spring.
