Karamoko Dembele’s time at Celtic has been a bit of a disappointment till now. During his youth days, he was considered as one of the biggest talents in world football and was wanted by some of the biggest clubs in Europe. His development has not gone as smoothly as expected though, as first-team chances have been hard to come by at Parkhead and at 19 years of age, he has barely made a mark at the club.
For years, Karamoko Dembele has been one of the most exciting talents at Celtic. But for one reason or another, he has not gotten enough chances to prove himself in the first-team. Under the management of Neil Lennon, not a lot of youngsters broke into the senior team from the youth ranks. And there were hopes that that would change when Ange Postecoglou arrived.

Dembele made his debut against Hearts and gave Aaron Hickey a runaround in an impressive 45 minutes in the Hoops. However, since then, he has failed to really kick on under Neil Lennon with the expectation that he would move to the English Premier League.
