Officials identified 35-year-old Justin Roberts who died after a crash on I-5 in Tacoma (Tacoma, WA)

On Tuesday, authorities identified 35-year-old Justin Roberts as the man who lost his life following a traffic collision on Feb. 15 in Tacoma. The fatal two-vehicle crash took place at around 2:41 p.m. on southbound Interstate 5, just north of 84th Street. According to the investigation reports, a work truck driven by Roberts crashed into a semi-truck from behind. Reports further added that traffic was slowing for a crash, and the semi-truck was slowing down in the far right lane.

AEW star Bryan Danielson and AEW announcer Justin Roberts did a reenactment of their infamous “tie choke” moment after this week’s AEW Dynamite went off the air. On the June 7, 2010 episode of WWE RAW, Roberts was attacked by the rookie Superstars who had competed in the first season of NXT. During the segment, Roberts was strangled with his own tie by Danielson, which led to Danielson’s release. There were reports of an unhappy sponsor complaining to WWE as they felt the incident was too violent. WWE rehired Danielson two months later for the SummerSlam pay-per-view.
