Danforth was reassigned to AHL Cleveland on Thursday. The Blue Jackets activated Max Domi (ribs) off injured reserve in a corresponding move, so they're no longer in need of Danforth's services up front. The 28-year-old winger is likely in for an extended stay in the minors.
