Johnny Lee Smith, 71, of 107 Camelot Drive, Gaffney, SC, entered eternal rest Sunday, November 7, in Cherokee Medical Center. He was a son of the late Johnnie and Thelma Dawkins Smith; husband of Olivia Moye Smith, and father of Latee Smith. Johnny Smith, age 70, of Forest City, passed away Friday, October 29, 2021 at his residence. Johnny was born Friday, September 7, 1951 in Rutherford County to the late John Smith and Alice Hooper Smith. He was graduate of East Rutherford High School. Johnny owned and operated a dry wall business. He was an avid golfer and enjoyed crocheting.

Graveside services for Mr. Johnny Smith, age 68, of Fayette, were held Tuesday, Oct. 5, 2021 at Antioch Cemetery. Mr. Smith died Saturday, Oct. 2 at DCH in Tuscaloosa. Norwood-Wyatt Chapel of Fayette directed.
