Los Angeles Dodgers free agent Jimmie Sherfy signed with the Gastonia Honey Hunters of the Atlantic League, the club announced. The Dodgers claimed Sherfy on July 13, 2021, and he ended up appearing in four games for L.A. before going on the injured list with elbow inflammation, which ended his season. With the Dodgers, Sherfy pitched 4.1 innings while allowing three runs.
