White Sox add Jerry Narron as major league instructor

(670 The Score) The White Sox have hired former MLB manager Jerry Narron as a major league instructor, they announced Wednesday. Narron, 65, previously managed the Rangers (2001-’02) and Reds (2005-’07) and has served as a bench coach for five different organizations, including most recently the Red Sox in 2020. Narron is a former catcher who was an eight-year MLB veteran, so he’ll help work with that position group.
