Hollyoaks star Jennifer Metcalfe, who plays Mercedes McQueen on the show, has called for the return of Silas Blissett (Jeff Rawle). In an interview with Inside Soap, she stated that ever since the reveal that Wendy had been secretly sent to the village by her father Silas to carry out his wishes, she has been hoping for him to return to the show.

Hollyoaks star Jennifer Metcalfe has opened up about her unique parenting situation, as she shares responsibilities for her child with her ex-partner Greg Lake. Speaking to The Scottish Sun, Metcalfe explained that she and Lake have managed to stay friends and successfully co-parent their four-year-old son Daye since their relationship came to an end in 2020.
