Matt Gelb of The Philadelphia Athletic reports that Phillies shortstop, Jean Segura, has been placed on the injury list with a Grade 1 groin strain. Segura’s injury could keep him sidelined for up to three weeks. The Dominican native started quite well this season, as evidenced by his .332/.379/.465 slash line.
