Kelley (elbow) is building back up after being shut down with elbow inflammation in late May, Scott Merkin of MLB.com reports. The highly-rated pitching prospect felt elbow soreness when throwing after his May 22 start, so he was shut down as a precaution. Because of the time off, Kelley will require some time to build up and ready himself for minor-league starts once again.
