Janette Manrara is an American professional dancer and choreographer, best known for her participation in the British dance reality TV competition 'Strictly Come Dancing.' She began as a salsa dancer but gradually mastered other forms of dance, too. Manrara harbored a passion for dance since she was 19. She turned her passion into a profession after she made it to the list of the top 20 contestants on the 'Fox' reality show 'So You Think You Can Dance.' Manrara has participated in seven consecutive series of the show, performing along with various celebrities. She has also worked as a choreographer for the 'Academy Awards,' where she has danced with Jennifer Lopez. Her other projects include 'Glee' and the dance stage show 'Burn the Floor.'
