A suspect in a domestic violence disturbance fatally shot a California cop while saying "Hey police" as he opened his front door, graphic video shows. The footage, released Tuesday by the Stockton Police Department, shows the instant Lance Lowe, 30, shot Officer Jimmy Inn as the cop responded to a residence on May 11 for a report of a domestic disturbance.
