James Francis "Jim" Carr

James Francis "Jim" Carr, 85, formerly of Oskaloosa, passed away on March 17, 2021, at The Village in Indianola. Jim was born on August 6, 1935, in Melrose, to John W. and Agnes L. (Judge) Carr. He went to country school before his family moved to Oskaloosa. He graduated from Oskaloosa High School in 1952. Following graduation, he enlisted in the United States Air Force in which he proudly served for over twenty years.
