Howard Carter, 88, formerly of Bucklin died Tuesday, May 18. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, May 23at the Delaney Funeral Home in Bucklin. Burial with Military Honors will be in the Masonic Cemetery in Bucklin. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
